CNC Machining
Computer-controlled turning and milling for parts that have to measure exactly what the print says, from a single unit to production runs.

Between those two moments there are several resharpenings and a meaningful saving in your consumables budget. We sharpen carbide and high-speed steel tooling respecting the original angles, because a badly recovered edge cuts worse than a worn one.
We resharpen flat, ball and corner-radius end mills, plus carbide and HSS drills, preserving helix angle, relief and point angle. The tool comes back cutting the way it should, not just looking sharp.
We sharpen industrial blades, lathe tooling, reamers and taps, and we recover process cutting tooling: shears, dies and elements that lose their edge to production volume.
For plants with steady consumption we set up a rotation: we pick up one lot, deliver the previous one already sharpened, and you never run out of tooling on the shelf or accumulate parts to resharpen in a forgotten box.
Three signs tell you the tool has reached the end. The first is diameter loss: an end mill that no longer holds its nominal size is done for dimensional work, even if it still cuts. The second is deep chipping on the edge, because recovering it means removing so much material that the original geometry is lost. The third is substrate fatigue in carbide, visible as microcracks. When we review your lot we return the recoverable tooling and the finished tooling separately, with the reason noted, so your replacement purchase is the minimum actually needed.
It depends on diameter, wear and geometry. A carbide end mill usually takes several resharpenings before losing usable length; we inspect it and tell you whether sharpening is worthwhile or it is time to replace it.
Yes, we sharpen tooling of any origin and brand as long as the geometry is recoverable.
