CNC Machining
Computer-controlled turning and milling for parts that have to measure exactly what the print says, from a single unit to production runs.
View this serviceHalf the projects that reach the shop arrive without a drawing. They arrive as a need — "I need this part to stop breaking" — or as a worn spare the original manufacturer stopped supplying. That is what our design department is for: it takes the dimensions, rebuilds the geometry, proposes material and process, and delivers a 3D model you approve before any machine turns on.
Bring the part, even broken or worn. We measure what is left, infer the original dimensions from the fits and the mating components, and rebuild the complete drawing. When the wear pattern shows the original material was not up to the duty, we propose a better one.
A sketch in a notebook is enough to start. We model in 3D, check interferences, define functional fits and tolerances, select the material and send you the design with cost alternatives. You approve, and only then do we machine.
We would rather build one part and test it than build fifty and discover the mistake. We machine the prototype, it gets tested on your actual equipment, we correct the details that only show up on the floor, and then the production run is released.
On most projects that end in manufacturing, design is folded into the part cost. If you only need the model and the print, we quote it separately and the files are yours to keep.
You do. The model and drawing of a part designed for you are handed over and never reused with third parties.
