Precision machining
Critical parts where fit, concentricity and finish decide whether the assembly works or the line stops.
View this serviceCNC machining is the heart of the shop. We program, fixture and cut under numerical control so part number one and part number five hundred measure the same, something no manual process can guarantee. We take your 3D model or 2D drawing, define cutting strategy, tooling and workholding, and verify the first piece before releasing the full run.
We machine plates, bases, cavities, pockets, positional drilling and tapping in aluminum, steel, stainless and engineering plastics. Milling solves most of a plant's tooling: mounting plates, nests, guides, brackets and device bodies. We program from your STEP or IGES file, and when all that exists is a dimensioned PDF, we model it ourselves before programming.
Shafts, bushings, couplings, nozzles, spacers and any part of revolution. We turn, face, bore and thread with concentricity and finish control, including mirror finishes in stainless when the application is sanitary. Fit-critical parts are measured on the machine and confirmed on the granite before shipping.
Many shops price one-off parts high because the set-up never amortizes. We were born serving spares and prototypes, so our structure is built for it: one part, five parts or five hundred, with the same dimensional care and no surprise surcharges.
Yes. If the drawing is dimensioned and legible, our design department builds the 3D model and programs from there, with no additional modeling charge on most parts.
We tell you before quoting. A tight tolerance that adds no function raises the price for no reason; we would rather propose the change and let you decide.
