We receive your print or your part
A PDF, a STEP model, a DXF or the worn spare in your hand. If there is no drawing, we take the dimensions ourselves and hand the print back to you.
The more complete the information, the more accurate the quote. If you are missing a detail, send it anyway: we will ask for whatever is needed.
Message us on WhatsApp describing the failure and we confirm immediately whether we can open an emergency run.

An engineer reviews tolerances, material and process; if something raises the price without adding function, we tell you. Quote in under 24 business hours.
When the job calls for it, we model in 3D and send the design for your sign-off. Nothing gets machined before you approve.
The print and the quantity are enough to give you a number, but three details usually move the price more than the drawing does: what the part works against, how many times a day it does it, and what happens if it fails. A bushing turning eight hours a day is not quoted like one that moves once a shift. Tell us that up front and we will propose the material that lasts, not the one that looks cheap on the first invoice.
The quote arrives with price per piece and per lot, the proposed material, the process, the coordinated treatments and finishes, the committed lead time and what documentation ships with the part. If the print carries a tolerance that raises cost without adding function, we flag it right there with the alternative and its cost difference. You decide with both numbers in front of you.
Material is released, the job is programmed and the first piece is verified against the print before the run is let go. If the job involved design, you approve the 3D model before any machine turns on. And if something does not fit as it should when the part arrives, we correct it: the job does not end at the invoice.
