MPC Maquinados opened in 2019 with a simple and seemingly unprofitable idea: take the jobs large shops rejected as too small and small shops rejected as too hard. The one-off part. The discontinued spare. The tooling that had to be designed before it could be built. Six years later that is still our center of gravity, only now with CNC machines, a design department and a team of more than fifteen people across the floor and the engineering office.
What defines us
We are not a volume shop. We are the supplier you call when the line is down, when the drawing does not exist, when the tolerance is tight or when the original manufacturer stopped supplying. That kind of work demands three things we have built on purpose: design capability, serious dimensional control and the willingness to answer fast.
A design department, not just machines
Many shops quote only against a print. We take in ideas. A maintenance manager describes a problem, a process engineer brings a sketch, a buyer sends a photo of a broken part. Out of that comes a 3D model, a material proposal, a prototype and a production part, with customer approval at every step.
Quality that gets documented
Quality is every team member's responsibility, not an inspector's at the end of the line. We verify with calibrated, traceable instruments, inspect critical features 100 % and deliver the report when the customer needs it. In medical, aerospace and defense, the paperwork is worth as much as the part.
Located where the industry is
We are in Colinas de la Mesa, Tijuana, minutes from the Otay and El Florido industrial parks and under half an hour from the San Diego border crossing. We deliver on-site across Baja California and coordinate crossings into California with paperwork in order.

The team
The team
We are more than fifteen people across CAM programming, machine operation, welding, design and quality inspection. Most have spent years in Tijuana's maquiladora industry and know first-hand the pressure of a stopped line, which is exactly why we work with the urgency we do.
